I know the locations are far from where you are but I figured I would share them any way. Cancer Transitions is a program focused on the needs of participants who have completed active treatment 1 month to 2 years ago and currently have no evidence of disease. The program addresses exercise, nutrition, emotional health, and medical management after cancer treatment ends. Guest speakers will include a nurse, nutritionist and fitness expert who will offer exercise tailored to each participant's abilities, training in relaxation and stress management and tips for nutritious eating. Our first series will be held at Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center, Tuesday evenings, May 12 - June 16 from 5:30-8:30 PM. Our second series will be held at Steeplechase Cancer Center, Tuesday evenings, September 29 - November 3 from 5:30-8:30 PM.
